In a culture obsessed with acceleration, Restorative yoga helps us discover the joy of going slow, paying attention, and being still. Auburn Juliano-Herchek has years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher of Restorative Yoga. Auburn decided to take her 200-hour teacher training to deepen her personal practice and learn about the philosophy of yoga. It opened a curiosity and passion for learning about the vast world of yoga. As an introvert, Auburn initially had no desire to teach, but eventually discovered her calling to share what has brought her so much healing. Auburn’s obsession with restorative yoga and sound healing is because of the profound benefits of emotional, mental, and physical well-being that it has brought her personally.
Auburn’s approach to teaching is pure and authentic – as a servant leader – her only goal is to serve you, the student.
When not teaching yoga and sound therapy, you will find Auburn chasing after her two children Aiden and Addie. An adventurer at heart, Auburn also likes to jump out of the occasional plane! But that is a story for another day.
