Yoga Nidra - 60-minute Immersion
Transform the mind and body during this 60-minute Yoga Nidra Immersion. Nidra in Sanskrit means “sleep.” Yet, the goal in yoga nidra is not to sleep, but is a practice of accessing delta brainwaves to encourage healing, restoration, reduction of stress and better sleep habits.
During this 60-minute class you will be guided into a state where the body is consciously asleep, but the mind is present with the purpose of resetting the brain and restoring the body to its natural circadian rhythms.
You’ll be able to settle right in to your “sleep cocoon” as you’ll be given a yoga bed, props for your favorite restorative pose, a sleep mask, and headset where you will only hear music and the sweet sound of your teacher’s voice lulling you into a deep rest.

Please note before committing to this event: Class fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a different person/date if communicated 48 hours prior to the class date.
