Training Focus:
This certification is to share a fundamental knowledge of the Thai Yoga Massage with anyone interested in learning energy work techniques for personal use and or yoga teachers and licensed massage therapists wanting to add value to their current offerings. Sen makes up the energy pathways in the body and is the foundation of Thai Massage. While there are an infinite number of energy lines in the body, Thai Massage focuses on 10 main Sen Lines. These Sen Lines are located in the head, neck, arms, legs and back.
Key takeaways:
Forty-Seven poses based on the 10 Sen lines to help others increase flexibility and overall health. Learn how to adapt to physical limitations and understand how to work with different body types and abilities/flexibility. Learn how to listen to your client’s breath as a way to guide the range of pressure applied.

Upon conclusion of day one you will be able to confidently perform the series of 47 Thai Yoga Massage poses on clients, students, family and friends.
